Basic elements of corporate identity

Sign and logo
The logo consists of a graphic sign and a font name.
All elements are allowed to be used as combined in one composite block or separately.
Descriptor
The descriptor can be placed both in the composite block with the logo, and separately from it. The offset from the font writing is a quarter of its height.

Free zone
The zone free of graphics and text is also called security zone. We’re recommended to leave a small amount of free space around the logo so that it stands out and reads well. Depending on the format of the logo, the space may be larger or smaller.


Minimal size
There are three versions of logo and three variants of minimal size for them. Use them at a rate less than the specified is not recommended.

Logo placement
When placing a logo on colors not provided for in this manual or in photographs with a homogeneous background, you should choose the most contrasting color.




Accommodation on company colors
On branded colors and on black, the logo remains white, on white — logo is reflected using branded colors.












Corporate colors
The corporate color is a gradient: from a dark, moderate purple hue, which smoothly flows first into a bright crimson, to a bright yellow.

Animated Strip
The animated strip makes the logo dynamic. In the static version the strip adds an accent and centers the attention of the beholder.
Corporate Fonts
The main font is Segoe UI, which refers to the style of “Humanistic grotesque”. There are no serifs in it and the letters are slightly rounded in shape.

The standards of writing materials

Brand Pattern
The pattern consists of the letter “O” with a crown above it. The letter “O” is not chosen by chance, in the name of the company it occurs three times and one of them is located in the center of the word.


Brand Character
Character — 3D-model of the living letter “O” in the crown. His name is Kolorombo. Before we start modeling, we made a couple sketches with him. Kolorombo appears in articles and some types of letters for clients.
Kolorombo is a conqueror, discoverer, he is curious and active.














Character on the merch
We came up with several options for using the character on souvenirs, among them — the print with Kolorombo on the iron throne.


Tagline
The tagline of KOLORO is “Koloronize”. It’s appeals and inspires potential customers to become part of the KOLORO family and increase profits by enlisting the support of professionals.

Team photos
All the photos of the employees are made on a black background and processed in a program that gives the image the look of an oil canvas.

The character is made using 3D-modeling technology. This makes it easy to animate the image.
Business Cards
We tried to simplify the business card with leaving only the main elements on it. The photo of the employees on the business cards allows you to personalize the contact, create an additional link between the potential client and employees of the company.




Commercial offer
Standards for registration of commercial offers are distributed both in paper version and electronic.
A commercial offer consists of a homepage, a company page, a list of services offered, examples of the company’s work and a standardized final slide.


Presentation
As with the commercial offer, the layout of the presentation is suitable for online and print. We have several types of presentations, but they are all unified. Each presentation consists of a title slide, a page about the company, a list of competencies, several cases (text + graphics), several graphic slides, (only work examples, without text) and the final slide with contacts and CTA.
Design of corporate letters
We made several templates of letters:
- a letter-dispatch is sent 1-2 times a month;
- greeting letter (main calendar holidays);
- letters with commercial offers;
- standard letters of managers on work with clients.




Conclusions
